Product support is something we at Turek & Sons, LLC take very seriously. Our sales and purchasing staff are very well versed in the uses of our products. We always keep our staff well informed and provide training on all the newest innovations that come into our industry. We also get excellent support from all of our suppliers. This ensures that our customers receive the best and most current information and support on all of the products we sell.

Ordering Options
Turek & Sons, LLC offers several different ways to place orders with us. Order by phone - talk to one of our highly knowledgeable sales people to get just what you need for the job. Order by Fax - our fax machines never sleep and are always ready to accept an order. Order in person - at our sales counter (open 6:00am - 4:30pm) where you can see the product and make sure it is just what you need. Or, with your Turek & Sons, LLC Account Representative.

No matter how your order is placed, Turek customers have the option to pick-up their materials at our sales counter or have their order delivered. Deliveries can be made via Turek's trucks, common carrier, UPS, or any other viable method. All orders are subject to availability.

Billing Options
Turek also offers several methods for our customers to pay. Companies with established credit histories can be billed via "open account". For selected accounts we offer "Combined Billing". This method allows our customers to receive a single invoice that summarizes a given period of activity. This helps our customers avoid the hassle of multiple invoices.
